- "It was an exciting setting, with beautiful rooms, pool and fitness room and delicious food in the in-house restaurant. The staff were gracious and friendly. It was very close to the things we wanted to see in Hollywood, including our relative who lives close by. Perfect for us! We loved it!"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We are not very quick at the techno things and had a key card that was very difficult. I tried to get a replacement but that didn't happen at first, after a person at the front desk was able to make mine work in the elevator, but then even another staffer couldn't make it work on the elevator or for our room door and he finally gave me a brand new card. He also showed me how to work all the gadgets in the room after I had a bit of trouble figuring them out. So it was a rough start, but everything went smoothly after that."

- "I can't say. I liked it when I was there. But the problem is when you
leave. I have charges on my card that I never charged. It wasn't on my
bill when I left but they are now showing up on my credit card."
