- "Friendly staff."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Cleaning especially in public areas was not good. This is a common problem and one that is guaranteed to 'turn off' business vistors who spend a lot of time in hotels across the country. It reflects badly on the hotel group as a whole. I recognise that a seaside location means a high build-up of salt on windows is inevitable, but increasing the frequency of external window cleaning would greatly improve the situation. I also feel that some redecoration is in order."

- "Excellent location on a cliff overlooking the sea. Ample free parking. Staff friendly, comfortable bar and restaurant with outside terrace. The village of Rottingdene is very pleasant to stroll around with little shops and cafes. Excellent breakfast choice and very reasonably priced meals in the evening."

- "We paid extra for a Superior Double room which did have fantastic sea views on 3 sides but no balcony. The room lacked drawer space and the bathroom didn't really justify the extra description/price as was a bit small and shabby."
