- "The hotel was expensive and had few facilities. There was only one bar which, whilst friendly enough, had no atmosphere whatsoever and felt like an extension to the lobby. Charging for Internet access, whilst not uncommon, is unacceptable in a hotel charging so much for the room. I am currently staying in a beautiful hotel, costing less than half which has free wireless Internet and long distance calls. The Westin even charged $2 to make a 1-800 call! The pool area appeared to be completely unstaffed which meant, on one occasion, that it was absolutely filthy with newspapers blowing in the wind and dirty towels left on every (unoccupied) bed, chair, table etc. it was so bad that other guests took to clearing up the towels themselves. The hotel was extremely poor value for money."

- "It was a very nice hotel within walking distance to all major areas in the downtown area. We felt very safe and comfortable there."
