What did you like the most?: "Loved the view from the room. Thought the room was very comfortable and adequate for our needs."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The carpets in most of the hotel are shabby and need replacing soon. The blind on our Velux window didn't work - luckily our visit wasn't in the height of summer. The bathroom could do with updating & the extractor didn't work."

What did you like the most?: "Location.
Good Restaurant and dinner service well managed and led, good menu of freshly prepared food.
Some pleasant and well meaning individuals trying to rectify the structural management failure."
Is there anything you didn't like?: ""Cub Room" extras (robes and papers) not provided unless requested. Terrace outside room not cleared of overflowing ashtrays and remains of tea or snacks. Thick dust and cobwebs on windows, Generally the hotel seems not to have cleaning policies. In the bar they collect empty glasses etc (and just leave them on the bar for hours) but they do not wipe the tables which are sticky from days of stains. The focus is on coporate entertainment, conferences etc. where people attend at company's expense so there seems to be an acceptance of low standards. The excellent Restaurant manager was leaving on our last day and one wonders how they will cope as he was the redeeming feature of the staff. Breakfast sans manager was a shambles."
