- "Is there bar and restaurant in this hotel? We tried to order something several times but there were no staff."

- "In general the service is ok. Room is clean, quite small however.
Breakfast is ok, no highlight. I find the hotel quite inpersonal, the
Azorean friendliness, hospitality is not as good as the other hotels/b&b
we visited."
