- "Needs upgrading of carpets/painting.Also exterior needs new painting"

- What did you like the most?
- "The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Our twin room consisted of three single beds and was immaculate. It was cleaned daily. Room had tv with various channels including English language news channel. Bathroom was spotless and towels were changed daily. Breakfast was continental style consisting of breads and pastries, ham, cheese, cereal, coffee (from a machine), tea, fruit drinks (not real fruit juice unfortunately)."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The hotel was a little far out which surprised us at first, but there is a tram stop outside the hotel with trams every few minutes going into centre of town in 10 minutes. Don't attempt to walk it from Termini like we did! The only other downside was the traffic noise so of we were to stay again (which we would!) then we'd ask for a room not on the road side."

- "Hotel is comfortable, rooms are simple but clean and have air-conditioning. Good value for money and I was able to take my cat. Breakfasts better than I have experienced at much more expensive hotels in Rome."

- "One-way streets make this hotel difficult for taxis to find!"

- "The hotel is very good situated in Rome. Near the train, bus and tramstation. The people in the hotel are friendl and helpfull. The breakfast was nice. We enjoyed our stay in Rome very much. We would like to visit this hotel again when we returm to Rome."

- "The noise of the airconditioning. But, I must admit that it was very hot during our stay. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. We did not complain about it because all the other thing were very much ok."
