- "The staff were so friendly that we felt we were staying with 'family'. Our washing was whisked away and returned the next day beautifully ironed. The charming young manager got up very early on our day of departure to carry down our luggage and then drive us to Izmir airport himself [an hour each way] while we were served with a light breakfast at 6.30am. Other large hotels we stayed in during our visit to Turkey would not even provide a cup of tea when we had a very early departure."

- "the size of the room is much smaller as declared at the reservation at booking.com ( around 13 m2 instead of 20 ) they say that booking.com never asked for the room size"

- "We really liked the atmosphere in the hotel. The inner yard with the pool is just picture perfect! The afternoon tea and cake are the right treat after a day at the beach. The rooms are nice, clean and simple. Special thanks to the staff: U?ur, Onur, Münever and Ebru - keep on doing what you're doing, you're the best!!!"

- "Sometimes wi-fi was really really slow or was not working at all - but we're on holiday so we have time, right? :)"
