- "Amenities Vicinity to beach Location"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Staff is not friendly aside from a very select few. Oscar, while checking in and out at the front desk was very harsh and short. We had to keep asking for new shower towels. If I had an option to decide the tip I would have given half of what was charged at checkout."

- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Too many kids in pool that wasn't designated as "kids pool". We were not welcome to use pool at sister hotel, villa del arco. We had several friends staying there and we booked our hotel with the understanding that accommodations were interchangeable. We were allowed to spend our money at bar, restaurants, etc. but not Allowed to use the pool. Given no explanation that was acceptable."
