- "The lobby staff was very short and rude, and I missed a shuttle because they made no attempts to contact me when I was running late. The people who claim to speak english there speak very little, and even though I was asked if I spoke spanish, and responded ''yes'', the staff member continued to speak his broken english to me. Sorry, but if they want to use their job to practice english, I would suggest that they study a few more years and let the English speakers speak spanish if they can. After all, I come to Chile for that purpose and invest my time and money, yet the staff of the hotel wants me to put up with their poor english instead of tolerating my spanish, which was clearly better than their English was. Also, the room was a pain to get to. You have to wait for a staff member to come down to get you because the rooms are in a hard to find area of a large office building. Overall, it was a forgettable stay for me."
