- "Some noise from Canal Street but, arguably, that is part of the appeal of its location. Duvet was very warm ? good for some people, but I prefer the choice of a cooler option."

- "The staff were very welcoming, polite and professional. The little things which cought your eye, like the welcome card, complimentary biscuits and sweets, the attention to detail was very good. The room was beautiful, with the boutique styled room. The bed was the highlight, it was big enough to fit ten people in never mind two."

- "Only 5 minutes walk to the centre of town and only a few minutes walk
from picadilly rail station, having a trendy bar and restaurant on the
lower floors serving good quality food. Really nice to have fresh milk
every day to go with the good quality coffee in our room, the bed was
really comfortable and the vegetarian breakfast very good. Mohammed the
night porter was very friendly and helpfull, a real asset to this
hotel. Might stay here again but would ask for a room with a window as
the lack of light in our skylight room made for a slightly gloomy feel
in the evening." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Asked for a quiet room but was given room 31 which has 2 large air con units directly situated on the roof above, they were very noisy and kept us awake through the night, we were given another room but got the impression that we were a pain at asking to be moved and no apology was offered for our lack of sleep. We found the day staff to be a little imperious and not overly friendly. Also due to a problem with the kitchen electrics we could not have breakfast one morning and no offer of a refund was made, it would have been nice to at least be offered a voucher for one drink in the bar but we were made to feel uncomfortable at even broaching the subject."
