Is there anything you didn't like?: "Smells musty, bed uncomfortable, to old and run down. DIRTY!"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Cold weather not their fault. Room heater off for days prior to my arrival and a weak heater took hours to bring room temp up to 65."
