- What did you like the most?
- "It was really near the O2 stadium. Very convenient, just 10-15 mins.walk. Also near the Sbahn. The room was bigger than the normal hotel room, newly renovated. Big shower/toilet room."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The cleaning lady didn't knock/announce herself before opening the door-even told us to put" do not disturb" sign, when standard procedure is to announce yourself before opening door with master key. People on that area are quite boisterous and noisy at the time you are sleeping."

- "smell from the bathroom (drenage) on the start off our stay"

- "I liked that we had clean towels every day, the breakfast was very good"

- "There was a heavy smell in the room and when we were in we had to keep the window half open"
