- "- lack of everyday cosmetics delivery to the bathroom - poor range of cosmetics ( only soap/ shampoo- no hair conditioner and what is even worse body lotion) - lack of the kettle, tea/ coffee and sugar in the room - the staff didn't respect- don't disturb sign on the door"

- "We ordered and prepaid a superior-room for three persons, because in hotelpages the superior-room was described as a large room and that's why we chose this hotel. In real life we got a room for two persons with an extrabed. I complined about it and the personal told us that all the rooms are small."
