Is there anything you didn't like?: "The hotel is very old. It looks like the owners aren't taking too much care about it. It doesn't smell well and there is no comfort."

it was cold and late he should be fired I've stayed there lots of
time with no problem"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "There is a front desk guy who work nites around 11pm older guy who is very much a raciest I left with a friend inwhen I return this guy starts yelling at me for no reason im asking him whats wrong he said hes refunding my money in put me out in the cold in the middle of the nite with any explanation"
