What did you like the most?
"Nothing. Cold, no soap or toilet paper."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"Everything. We got ripped off for 30 soles each, 120 soles, being told that we would be provided with an English speaking translator on our city tour, when in actual;ity we were escorted to the Main Plaza and then dropped off with our tour group which was already paid for. The person walked us to the main Plaza and tried to have us pay aniother fee for entrance into the Cathedral and left us. her name was Dafne. It was a rip off. We could have found our way to the plaza, as we hadf already been escorted by the hotll person, Patty, to make a credit card paymenty. Very sketchy information. Don't pay the extra 30 soles per person. It is unnecessary. The tour guide speaks English. Dafne dropped us off and that was it. A rip off. Buyer beware."

What did you like the most?
"Location is excellent - 4-5 minutes walk from the city center. Price is
relatively low. Staff is generally nice and helpful, although they don't
always manage. For example, they happily agreed to supply a very early
breakfast on the morning we went to Machu Picchu, but eventually nobody
was awake to actually provide it."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"The rooms are small and completely underequipped. There is very little shelves or other places to organize your stuff. For example, in one room the bathroom did not have hangers for towels, shelf for toothbrush etc and even a small stand for soap in the shower. Be prepared to store everything on the floor. Shower - hot water is available in theory, but it usually jumps between freezing cold and boiling hot so abruptly that it is practically very difficult to enjoy the shower. The room was generally not very nice. The carpet seemed old and not too clean and there was a peculiar odor in the room. These might be related to a leak from the shower, through the wall, which made the carpet wet in one corner of the room."

What did you like the most?
"1. The staff was very helpful.
2. The wifi and the use of a computer to travellers is one of the great advantages of this modest hotel."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"The room was very poorly organized. There was a hole next to a slim wardrobe that deny all privacy. The ceiling was damp and ugly ( all against health). The walls badly needed a coat of paint. The slim wardrobe without a bar to hang the clothes. The curtain to a window half hang with a cord. The wc so near to the wall that one couldn't sit properly. All of that made us to leave this place the next day and cancelled the second night. I passed this information onto the Administrator hoping that this modest hotel can learn how to improve their venue, without spending much. It is all matter of lack of management."
