- "It was in a good location within easy walking distance of the shops and
restaurants of El Calafate. The computers worked 24/7 and the
enterance/reception area was very comfortable and had a great view. The
bed in our room was very comfortable and the shower had good water
pressure and the water was hot." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We booked last minute and thought we were getting a room like the photos on the website. Unfortunately that was not the case as there were a few different wings to the hotel and we had a room in the two and a half star wing. Our room was old and dated and a bit musty. The door did not shut properly and would bang if the wind blew down the hallway. The bath and basin were chipped and needed a bit of re-sealing. The breakfast room had an amazing view but the furniture was tired and dated. A clean tablecloth would be better than the old curled up placemats. On our last morning we went to breakfast later, about three quarters of an hour prior to it closing. Most things had run out and we were told by the staff that there was no more hot food, fruit and pasteries. There were four other couples like us who were not impressed."
