- "Staff were rushed off their feet - not enough staff for amount of guests. People sat all over reception etc using the free wifi - kept falling over them"

- "Our Room #115 was very basic. Only 1 smal chair to set on. Only the floor to put luggage. Very tight space between the washbasen and the T/P disposal to set on the toilet. Constraction sight to look out from the only window."
