El hotel dispone de 69 habitaciones distribuidas en 5 plantas. Se trata de un edificio construido en 1939, el cual fue posteriormente restaurado por la joven arquitecta India Mahdavi, con oficinas en París, quien ha creado un ambiente minimalista que brinda relajación y esparcimiento. Los vestíbulos también han sido restaurados en un estilo informal y sirven como el sitio de reunión de los huéspedes, en un ambiente lleno de bancos, periódicos y revistas de caricaturas, complementado con música estéreo.

La arquitecta Mahdavi ha utilizado colores llamativos, mucha iluminación y líneas, creando así un marco idílico para trabajos de producción, ya sea de fotografía, películas o de cualquier otro tipo. Las almohadas grandes color azul pastel que adornan las camas, combinan a la perfección con los almohadones redondos gigantes y las alfombras color rojo y azul. Los sillones en forma de L, puede acomodarse como una cama improvisada en caso de que tenga huéspedes en su habitación. Las pantallas de las lámparas tienen un estilo muy sensual, con flores en colores rojo que combinan con los teléfonos también de color rojo, mezclando así el estilo art deco con tecnología moderna.

What did you like the most?: "The breakfast at the hotel was really good. The situation of the hotel
was very easy to go to the beach or to go shopping."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The Valet parking is too expensive but it's difficult to find some parking in Miami South Beach anyway. So don't rent any car if you'd like to stay in this city."

What did you like the most?: "Location is superb, breakfast very well done"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The hotel room I had was unbearable noisy due to the ventilation system of the neighboring hotel...the manager agreed this is always the case. Two lights (including the bathroom) were non functioning and the bed was very uncomfortable"
