What did you like the most?: "The location was perfect for the events we wanted to attend. (Salem & Cape Ann)"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Breakfast ending at 9 am. One of the things a family on vacation looks forward to is sleeping in. Would be great if they kept the breakfast open till 10 am."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Location is awkward and poorly sign posted. Rooms are average if a bit shabby."

What did you like the most?: "We were looking for a place to stay that had access to a stove and
refrigerator and this had both. Visiting family in the area, the
location was good. It was your typical basic, sterile, hotel, lacking
any personality or warmth."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Breakfast was included but was only cereal, juice, and coffee or tea. We were on leisure travel, not business, so the 9:00 am ending time for breakfast was a little early for us."

What did you like the most?: "I liked the full kitchen. We dont always like to eat out. I also liked being able to look out the window and see a tree all in bloom, it was breathtaking.
The price for a suite was great. We usually stay down the street at Comfort Inn however, they would not give us a better price, so I looked for another place and found TownePlace."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We are two seniors who need a firmer bed. Yhe one we slept in was too soft."
