in front of the apartment." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We were the first to stay at this gorgeous apartment after a fresh renovation so a few items could be added to give the finishing details: garbages in the bathrooms, hangers in each of the bedroom closets, a few pantry items like oil, salt, and pepper."

- What did you like the most?
- "We went there as a couple with a one year old kid (this was the flat on Guilhem de Castro, first floor).
We liked the big size of the flat (3 sleeping rooms + living room), the washmachine, the possibility to lock the kitchen when cooking (convenient when you have a small kid walking around), having two bath-rooms was also very useful. The big entrance was also great to to let all our things like baby car/luggage without hindering the circulation in the flat.
The elevator (although reachable after about 7 stair-steps) was convenient when you have a baby-car.
The location was quite convenient (close to the Main Station and the Plazza de Torros), walking distance from the city center.
Wifi was also appreciated (I could made it work on my smartphone).
The cleaning of the flat was perfect. The flat looks better than what we could see in the picture on booking.com, in our opinion (the furniture is in fact quite modern, although the marble ground makes the whole thing look a bit oldish).
The lady in charge (Paula) was waiting for us when we arrived and was a very nice person.
A few left-overs like oil, salt, coffee were there, which is very convenient when you arrive.
It was good to be there and feel at home, with much more space than you would get in a standard hotel room or flat chain for still a very good price." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The following points should not prevent you from booking the flat. They are just there to clarify what you should not expect when booking it: - 2 out of the 3 sleeping rooms have their windows on Guilhem de Castro, where there is a lot of traffic-related noise (and there are no double-glas windows - we are in Spain). Still ok to sleep but do not expect full silence at night. - The flat does not offer any view to enjoy: Guilhem de Castro on one side, a non-interesting courtyard with pipes on the other side. That does not prevent from feeling at ease in the living room, but this is more a place to stay with the objective to visit the city than for spending the whole day relaxing in the flat; - The absence of a dish-washer (this was not a big deal) - No cleaning service during the stay: as this is a private flat, you should not expect that a cleaning lady will drop by every now and then to help you clean the flat. Although you don't have to clean when leaving (a fee is charged for that purpose), that means you will have to take care of the cleaning yourself. As we only stayed for one week we did not found it so problematic. - The location was good but could have been better because it is not straight into the old part of the town (although within extremely reasonable reach); however, most of the flats you will find in the old town will likely be without a lift and much smaller I guess;"

- "We stayed in a fantastic 4 bedroom apartment and were thrilled with it. The bedrooms were large and spacious and the air conditioning worked well in an unusually hot June weekend (high 30s). Close to metro and bus, shops, old town etc. Only a few minutes walk from the central market. Easy to get to beach, F1, Arts & Sciences. It is a wonderful city with much to see and do. The apartment itself was light and bright and had two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen, plus a large lounge and an entrance room with couches."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "No major complaints and we would definitely stay again if we were going to Valencia, but some things worth noting are that the WiFi speed is slow, as is the water pressure in the shower. Also, the team helpfully arranged a carpark for us but it was in another building."
