- "We first checked into an apartment on the first floor, with absolutely no mobile phone reception, and the A/C has issues. We paid for a Open plan one bed, and the management changed our rooms to the second floor which again, had limited mobile reception but the apartment (although still an open plan one bed) was a lot bigger, so ask the reception to show you a couple of options before you settle on a room. The biggest issue we had in both apartments was that all the cupboards opened and closed by a magnetic system that didn't work very well. The cupboards, once opened, would not close after several tries. We were not informed about the 'No cleaning on weekends' policy and wish we had been in the beginning. In the end after speaking to the manager (who was very helpful) they sent someone to clean our room for an extra 30 pounds."

- What did you like the most?
- "We are a family of four adults and had stayed at the Think Earls Court
during the London Olympics period for three nights in early August. The
location can be considered easily accessible as the tube is about
fifteen minutes walk with good direction. The apartment itself is
spacious and all the major appliances are provided with. We have a 2-
bedroom apartment hence 2 washroom as well. This is especially handy as
no one has to fight for the bathroom each morning. Also on the upside is
the convenience of a 24hr Tesco supermarket close-by. The Olympics
volleyball venue is about 10-15 min walk. The downside is that the
apartment does need some minor maintenance as the washroom sink did not
drain well, the kitchen cabinets are forever not closed properly. Minor
issues but would be nice to attend to. All in all it's a good choice for
families and lots of eateries and restaurants in close promixity."
