What did you like the most?: "The room was lovely, and cosy."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The Internet was sketchy, kept having to sign in constantly, and the restaurant was Ok but expensive for what you got. It was a bit of a way from the train station and you need to order a taxi quite ahead of time."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "1. Poor value for money. 2. Staff easily distracted; on my arrival a receptionist was busy talking loudly on the telephone so that I could not concentrate upon the receptionist who was dealing with my arrival process. I had to carry my own bags to my room. Bar staff not particularly attentive [got my drink wrong]. Breakfast staff not attentive [brought me white instead of brown toast and I had to repeat my order twice]. 3. Pipped music at breakfast in the dining room. Aggggghhhhhh!!! I had to finish my breakfast in the ante room."

What did you like the most?: "The bedroom was first class, although lighting, should you want to read could be better (just a minor problem). The Hotel is a real joy to visit, so much so that we are returning for Christmas.
The ambience of the hotel is lovelyand very relaxing. The icing on the cake is the excellent staff, who are helpful and have a sense of humour, so important nowadays.

Is there anything you didn't like?: "The lack of privacy in the ensuite (room 14) when getting out of the shower, going to the toilet etc. (a net curtain will suffice)."
