"The hotel is fabulous, charming and with all the modern conveniences. The location is outstanding!. Walk to James Park, Westminster Abby, Parliament, and the Tube. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. The pub/restaurant downstairs is wonderful, and breakfast was very good.

What did you like the most?: "Great location, excellent bed, good facilities - except the locked windows and appalling air conditioning"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Our windows were locked shut, and the air conditioner was very old, very noisy and totally ineffectual. When we asked for the windows to be unlocked, we were told that a manager (who wasn't there) had the key. The morning receptionist was very helpful, but by then we'd had a hot, sleepless night."
