What did you like the most?: "I found the hotel to be very clean, lovely rooms, friendly, rite in the town so high street and shops as you go out the main door, plenty of places to get your favorate food if you dont want to eat at the hotel. Taxis right out side if you need to go to other areas. They also have a car park which is locked up at night and you only have to ask the night porter to ulock if you need to get in or out. I will go back to this hotel if i visit Barnstable again."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Only thing i found was no large bath towels but when i asked about this at the reception desk, i was told this is already being looked into."

What did you like the most?: "The staff was the friendliest we have ever come across. The hotel was
perfect for our purpose, as we were attending a wedding and needed
somewhere to stay. The bathroom was gorgeous and the beds really
comfortable. Good value for money - cheaper than Premier Inn but soooo
much better. Lovely atmosphere. Thank you so much."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "There was literally nothing we didn't like at the hotel."

What did you like the most?: "We liked this hotel because the staff were helpful and efficient. We booked a standard bouble room which although not large was clean and well equipped, and the bed was extremely comfortable with crisp cotton bedding. The hotel is in a good position in the town and near to the river, but it is worth phoning the hotel to get the post code for the car park as this makes finding the car park so easy. We would return!"
