- "The restroom and shower facilities were terrible. Did not even attempt to take a shower. Old carpets and dirty scuffed walls. Not a very pleasant experience. Good thing we got there late only needed to sleep in the room. Breakfast area too small even though it is continental. too many people trying to get at it at the same time."

- "The place was old an dated, shower doors were broken sinks had rust as did the toilet the towels were staind. could and should of stood somewhere else for the same price"

- "Breakfast had too limited choices. There were only waffle, juice, coffee, and muffins."

- "When you open the door to the room #121, there were spots all over the carpet leading into the bathroom. The refrigerator did not work, the shower door was ready to fall, the shower lever felt like it was coming out of the wall when you pulled it, the sheets on the bed were not fitted, when we called for room service, we had to go to the desk and get our own things after I requested extra towels and pillows online when making a reservation. Even at that, the host did not give us enough towels. We will not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again. We frequent Santa Maria and found this to be a poor experience. So sorry to say so!"
