- "There are not much to like about this particular Ritz. Location is ok,
lobby and the fireplace in it is also cool.Staff is well trained and
keep smiling all the time- but that's all." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Rooms . Rooms are really bad for this kind iof hotels . If you are looking for comfort and luxury - this is not the hotel you should choose. Rooms have really low ceiling, really untidy walls and floors - not because they haven't been cleaned , but because of time and very ugly design. Rooms are really not comfortable and for sure a the least cosyiest I have seen in hotels of 5 stars. Furniture is really old and half broken in the rooms. Scales in the rooms were uncalibrated and the new one I asked to bring were the same - showing half the weight. This is surely a decent 4 star hotel for the rooms and only facilities might bew near 5 star. Also breakfast with all the taxes are nearly 40 $ per person for a very moderate choice of food- this is ridiculios. Would never advise to stay there- ther are plenty of hitels near that area and sure you will find better for your money"

and getting an on time wake up call. (As it turned out we spent
thousands that night, not the expected great room rate, on a piece of
art sold in the lobby. Never to be forgotten.) Merry Christmas"
