- "Single room very small, quite noisy outside and inside. Bed uncomfortableand very old fashioned decor. Asked to pay on arrival, which has never happened before. When I queried this later, was told receptionist was a trainee. View from window, fire escape."

- "I was in a single room, my first room had a window that didn't open and it felt like a bedsit but after asking to change they put me in a a very nice room. but i didn't get a great night sleep as the people from the rooms next to and above me was very noisy."

- "Lots of parking and a good choice of food for breakfast."

- "Our room was next to the lift shaft so we didn't get a lot of sleep and the sheets were blood stained. The hotel staff were not apologetic about either."
