- "the staff were terrific under the cercumstances... (they had to work under difficult conditions as the hotel is under a major renovation. Cuystomers including ourselves were not told by you that this was the case. The windows are all covered in plastic to protect them form debree during the renovations...therefore there wasn't a view of the ocean etc. Many people were complaining about lack of internet access, us included."

- "The fact there is no loyalty programme and the prices will go up when the construction is finushed"

- "Location was wonderful and the rooftop pool was fantastic. Concierge

- "Was horrified to find the extensive renovations happening. This was not advised anywhere until after you have booked, which constitutes false advertising in my opinion. The walls between rooms are paper thin, particularly the doors seem to made of nothing, as you can hear a glass being put down in the other room or someone just sniffing their nose. I hope that gets improved in the renovations. These are tow reasons why I think the hotel is currently overpriced. If you are going to take in guests while undergoing renovations, you should at least reduce the price you are charging."
