- "I requested a wake up call at 7:30am. They said ok room 4 at 7:30am. They gave me a wake up call at 4am. They showed no remorse and even blamed someone else must of called me by mistake, even though it was their recorded message that woke me up. The shower did not work and the sink only had hot water. The overhead light kept flickering on and off in the room which made it kind of dark. I don't mind Mom and Pop organizations but both owners were lacking in professional accountability and good service. I wasn't asking for any type of discount but just an apology, like hey sorry about that. The man just laughed when I called him back at 4:05am to make sure I was going to get my call at 7:30am that I had asked for. They even called 7 mins later and asked now was that 7:30am or 8:00am. The area is kind of run down with some shady characters mulling about."
