What did you like the most?: "Close location to Old Trafford
Given £20 refund and bottle of wine for incidents detailed below, staff polite especially lady on reception at check out day after night before!.."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Excessive room rates (£94)for what you actually receive, expected more.. Room no 28 & 29 facing onto the cricket pitch & probably more along that corridor suffered from external noise from rattling metal panels, maybe advertising hordings, from veranda area when windy, ruined nights sleep for both rooms Curtain pelmet fell from wall in room 29 at around midnight in which my elderly parents slept causing distress Hotel had no other rooms available due to being fully booked.. Stay regular in Manchester/Salford and believe the extra £30 premium you pay on football match days make the costs excessive compared to others in the area.."
