- "Excellent traditional hotel set in the centre of popular Holmfirth. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room was small but very cosy and facilities were much more than adequate for our short stay. Evening menu was extensive and our simple choice of liver and onions with mash was superb. The breakfast was enormous and well presented. An excellent choice for our Romantic Weekend.
