The staff at the hotel were totally outstanding in how they treated my family. My brother had to travel across to bring my father home and the staff set up a bed for him in their room. Thanks to the staff at the New President a nightmare situation was made easier. They were so attentive to my parents and couldn't do enough. As my parents were unable to leave the room for breakfast they brought them snacks when required at absolutely no additional cost! My brother was treated to a warm welcome when he arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. There may be other hotels in Blackpool that are more luxurious or centrally located but I am confident no other hotel would have treated my parents in such a caring and respectful way in this situation. Thanks so much to the staff at the Nww President Hotel!"
