- "The after hours manager was nice."

- "Had to change rooms. Original room had a bathroom that smelled like it was just used. The bed was a fold out queen size with a horrible mattress and pillows. This was the only bed in the room and we were not told about this ahead of time. The direct the would not work because the tvs were 15 year old crts. Front desk was only open from 1100-2100. Had to find an afterhours number which you could not call from your room because it was long distance. Eventually changed rooms to an "upgrade" which was two connecting rooms with the door between them opened. Actual queen sized bed but mattress was hard as a rock with pillows that weren't much softer. Tv in bedroom side was the same 15 year old crt so direct tv did not work. Tv in livingroom side was a 27"ish flat panel. Only got one channel and said to contact the front desk to fix it. They only work for 8 hours so could not get it fixed. Finally fell asleep on the rock hard bed only to be woken up by a fire alarm with a low battery beeping at 0600. Luckily we were getting up in 45 mins anyway so we packed and left. Never stay here! This place is horrible. Sorry about the typing this was done on my phone."

- "e staff was excellent and attempted to solve any problems even if it happened at 1 am in the morning. The bfree breakfast was large, hot, and always plenty to take for lunch or a snack."

- "The roll away bed needs a new frame. Had to sleep on the floor with the materess and a foam pad."
