What did you like the most?: "the breakfast was good and the check in was great"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "the jacuzzi in the room wasn't working. the pool was very dirty and wasn't clear. the jacuzzi was dirty and not clear. The wifi did not work correctly"

What did you like the most?: "The robes, fireplace and morning coffee."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "I was over charged. The room was very noisy. I was supposedly upgraded from the kng room I reserved to a 2 room suite. During check in I was told that I received a no charge upgrade. The room was located next to the hospitality area and next to a stair well. I check my bank account and found that I was charge more for the room. I am not happy and I plan to call the establishment today."

What did you like the most?: "The location of the Lodge was nice."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Did not like the fact that the hotel double booked our room and then tried to say that our reservations were not guaranteed. I had to show the email that was sent to me by Booking.com that stated that the room was 'confirmed and guaranteed' before the girl at the counter acted like she cared. After she saw the email, she upgraded us to a bigger room for the same rate we booked for. You would think that it would get better, right?? Absolutely not! The 'spa tub' did not work and the room that we were put in was right under the stairs! We complained (and we never complain!) and the lady at the counter the following day sincerely apologized and gave us a discount for the frustrations we had. This hotel used to be really nice years ago. It held itself up against the other hotels very well, but now it has gone extremely downhill and has lost it's elegance. Such a shame. My wife and I would not like to stay at The Lodge again anytime soon..."
