What did you like the most?: "The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The fan in the bathroom did not work and our next door neighbor was smoking in his/her bathroom, which caused all the second hand smoke to come into our bathroom all day and night. This made us quite nauseous each time we came into the sink/bathroom area. I thought the hotel was non-smoking. We were very disappointed."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "My only complaint is that I called directly to make a reservation and had to leave a message. It took 2 hours for someone to call me back and by that time I had gone online and booked my room."
