- "Shay, the lobby clerk, was very helpful as was the young woman on
the second day of our stay" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "we were not told in advance that major, noisy construction was going on. The metal saw noise prevented anyone from enjoying the rooms and the pool area."

- "Very quiet and relaxing."

- "For the price of the nightly stay there should definitely be air conditioning. Portable units for each room or central air should be installed. We got away for 1 nigh and 2 days and was not able to sleep because we were very hot in the loft king room they put us in. We could have stayed in a regular hotel/motel for much less and had air conditioning. We checked out early to return home to sleep instead of staying to enjoy the scenery and relaxation."

- "The staff is amazingly friendly, they will go out of their way to make you comfortable. The location is magnificent and the facilities in site are pretty good too."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The dining options are a bit scarce, the steakhouse was horrible, way overpriced, I have eaten better steaks at outback or saltgrass than the one I had there, it was just awful. The pillows are not very comfortable, and they are made of feathers, which often poke through the pillowcase and into your cheek or forehead, and they had a humidifier in the room, but it was very small and noisy."
