- "It is located near our family. There is no other places to stay near them."

- "One of your staff member screemed at my grandson. Yes, my grandchildren were making noise, but she handled it in a very UNPROFESSIONAL manner. She approached my grandson instead of me or his mother. She coulld have asked us nicely to quiet them down but she choose to YELL at my grandson. Also, there was another family staying on the same floor and I observed those children to be very loud also. Did she yell at them? We have stayed at the Inn several times and we SPEND a considerable amount of money at your facility, my son's family also uses your stores and resturants."
