- "good sized rooms at the Grange manor. not the best stay at the hotel as the TV didnt work and my food order was wrong however the staff were excellent in trying to right these wrongs and that always makes up for any mishaps"

- "The public interiors and rooms are beautiful, well designed and stylish. Nice touches such as the mineral water, quality biscuits, luxury pillows made for an extra special stay. The waiting staff were extremely professional and friendly."

- "The front desk staff were not personable or all that welcoming. I would generally expect a better welcome at a higher quality hotel such as this, but it contrasted vastly with similar establishments that I visited in the area."
