- What did you like the most?
- "The rooms are very large and well appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The furnishings were lovely and suited to the style of building. Breakfast was served as room service in the room, instead of having to eat in a common dining room. It was delivered promptly and there was a good selection of options."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I didn't like that our room was in a basement facing the street, so we didn't have any views and had to cope with street noise, including roadworks going on in the street (we stayed in room 6). Also there was a corridor from which the door to our room opened onto that also lead outside to a smoking courtyard. As non-smokers, this meant we needed to keep our windows shut. The corridor also seemed to be used frequently by cleaning and maintenance staff, and hence voices and the exterior door could be heard opening and slamming closed from inside the room on a frequent basis. There is some maintenance attention required to the bathroom, including removing build up of black mould on grout in the shower and repainting chipped off paint around the bathtub. A towel rail adjacent to the sink should also be installed. It is a fair distance walk to the main attractions from the Residence (20-40 minutes), and to go to the Old Town it's mostly uphill. A complimentary car service or shuttle bus into town would be a nice addition, or even just information on local public transport routes and nearby stops to avoid paying for taxis every time you left the hotel or wished to return."

- "Would have preferred breakfast not to be served in the room. This meant it had to be pre-chosen, and also all brought together, which meant toast cooled and there was no opportunity to add any extras."
