- "Maura was lovely to deal with. She answered my inquires promptly. Great location. Could walk to the metro. I would stay there again."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The apartment got very hot. Even though I kept the blinds drawn while we were out during the day, the afternoon sun heated up the apartment. There was no air conditioning. Even a fan would have helped. The apartment had a great full cooktop with oven. But none of the cookware could be put in the oven because of the plastic handles."

- "I loved the view and the location. The owner and staff were very polite
and efficient." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Had an issue with the bathroom facilities initially but that was quickly rectified by the owners. All good after that."

- "Maura is friendly and attentive. Location is excellent! Easy to get to GAM and Catholica University - a twenty minute walk. BellaVista is excellent neighborhood, easy to walk to zoo as well."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Bellavista is on all night Friday and Saturday; music plays loudly in the neighborhood. But it's still sleep-worthy. Construction next door isn't great and will change the apartment a lot when finished."

- What did you like the most?
- "The location allows you to walk to the city center, city market, San Cristovão and Santa Lucia Hill, among other sightseeings, and that considering you won´t walk more than 2,5km. So it´s close by the city center and yet doesn´t have the downtown downside. Furthermore, during the day you will appreciate the street art that there´s everywhere in the location and at night you will enjoy safety, plenty of restaurants, bars and night clubs. So, if you are tired from the day activities you won´t need to walk more than 1 block to enjoy a night out. The apartment is very clean, has a very good area, and it is well furnished. The view is very good but the construction that is undergoing in front of the apartment, besides making noise, is bloking part of it."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I was asked to pay up front, which seems to be normal in Chile, but as it is not quite normal anywhere else as far as I know, it would be great to know about it in advance. The kichen area is very good but just 1 small pot and 1 pan won´t allow you to enjoy much of it. A water filter would be everything!"
