- "No toilet paper in room, shower curtains with mildew, noisy a/c, door missing in kitchen cupboard, poor general condition. Booked 3 rooms and 924 was worst."

- "The owner was very accomodating when I complained about my room and
allowed me to check out other rooms. We were able to find one that was
more comfortable but the towels were still disgusting." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Old, crusty towels. Dirty floors and showers. No phone or alarm clock in room. Glass full of coke left on countertop. Musty and smelly room and hallways."

- "There was not one positive thing I can say about the hotel."

- "Rooms dirty, no towels, was not the room style that I booked, no air, most of staff could not speak English, rooms had a bad smell and could not even get toilet paper until after ten in the morning. Checked out after second day, just could not stand anymore and was suppose to be refunded the last two nights that were booked but 5 days later and three phone calls still no refund. We were also not told about the $25 per day fee for staying there and there is also a $25 per day for parking, so the rooms were really $50 a day more than what we thought. As for parking, get ready to wait 15 to 30 minutes every time you want your car. The front is only open from 10 to 4 so anytime before or after that you can forget talking to anyone about a problem or getting towel, toilet paper or anything else you may need. We also found another set of keys in our car the day after we left the hell hole and so far they do not know who they belong to. Thanks booking.com worst place I have ever stayed and the pictures you see on line or not the rooms you will get."

- "Room was booked as 2 double beds and had one bed and 2 couches. No wifi in room. No maid service. Had to take used towels to lobby and exchange for clean ones. Elevators were in bad shape, was not unusual for them not to stop on selected floor. Just an old outdated hotel. If you just want somewhere to sleep its ok but that's all."
