- "We really enjoyed our stay at the Artist House on Fleming. We were in town for a wedding and stayed the 1st four nights at a beach resort and then switched over to the B&B for our last 3 nights. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The owners are lovely people who are very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. The breakfast was great with a wide assortment of fruit, cereal, breads, coffee and tea. The accommodations were lovely and the place was very nicely decorated. We stayed in the Simonton room and I liked the decor so much that I took pictures to use when decorating my own bedroom at home! The location is also great for exploring the island by either bike or foot (we recommend bike). It's about a 20 minute walk to Mallory Square and maybe 10-15 minute walk to Duval St. All in all, I would highly recommend the Artist House on Fleming to travelers who like to stay at quiet B&B's."

- "The bed was a little uncomfortable and too soft so we woke up with sore backs. But I'd rather it be too soft than too hard. Also, since it is an old house the hot water took a long time to come on, but once it did there was plenty of it."

- "Very weak shower, heard people on porch veryearly while i was trying to sleep playing a guitar, and clomping down stairs, i would not recommend the Simonton room because it is too noisy."

- "Breakfast left much to be desired for the price of the B&B. Towel rack in small (very small!) bathroom kept falling off wall. No extra towels or daily clean service. Very small room. Overpriced!"
