What did you like the most?: "The food was good."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The staff were terrible, they were rude and abrupt, we thought at first that it was because we couldn't speak a lot of italian but then realised German was totally acceptable from other guests. We then wondered was it because we were under 80 years old unlike the other guests. They spoke to us like dogs at times. The restaurant manager had illusions of grandeur, this may be linked to his 1980s style white jacket complete with shoulder pads. The Creme de la Creme was the "masseuse" who chewed gum(loudly) during our massage while playing rap music on the radio.....we would sleep on the street before going back to this hotel-i think we were subject to a filtering system, they have a set idea of their type of guest, they were a serious let down for the rest of Italy where there is usually a warm welcome for tourists. Do not book this hotel unless you are nearly 90 and you are younger than your partner and you like to be treated like a second class citizen"

What did you like the most?: "very helpfull stuff and friendlly front disk :) the food is good and the people who serve is very kind < Antonio this guy work at resturant and he is very helpfull and kind people :)"
