- "not knowing for sure the location of this Super 8 in Provo to surrounding restaurants I was happy to see a Dairy Queen and Pizza hut next door, so that convenience came in handy for dinner time, so the location was a plus"

- "we chose the Super 8 because of the access to pool and hot tub, upon arrival we were informed the pool was not working neither the hot tub, which at that point I wanted to simply find another motel to stay at, also since we were paying in cash, we learned that Super 8 required an additional $100 deposit, which also displeased me and my spouse...also after traveling nearly 7 hours of driving to get from our home in Idaho to Provo, we arrived an hour early from normal check in time, and were told we would have to wait the hour? while trying to enjoy breakfast, a couple of men were removing a fridge from the breakfast room, I was the only one sitting at a table eating, they opened the door which has a very cold breeze coming in and took the fridge out of the back door, they didn't have the common sense to let me know they were going to do this, then they never returned and left the door wide open, I personally had to get up and shut the door after sitting as the cold breeze of about 36degrees flowed into the room. I know in the future if in town again I will be choosing a different motel to stay at, sorry"
