- "What a wonderful place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed your front end staff as they were most helpful, the dining room staff was very efficient and our room was very nice.We had a problem with our internet but it was soon fixed by a computer technicia. Would come back again."

- "My only complaint was that the sliding glass door frame was very dirty with sand and dirt."

- "The roooms were spacious and clean. The hotel was close to a shopping center, a really good restaurant, The Brasserio, and the staff of the hotel restaurant was amazing. The staff at the restaurant had great customer service, the attention they gave to each customer was individualized, simply the best customer service I have experienced."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I did not like the fact that I could not communicate with the hotel to make sure that I could have access to a room earlier than 3 pm. I tried calling more than 10 times and I even emailed the contact person provided in the booking email, but I never got a response. I also made two special requests and it seemed like teu never even looked at them. The hotel staff was friendly, but did not seem to care much about the customer."
