Suffolk House Hotel has an excellent central location, close to all that the city has to offer, including Chichester Festival Theatre, the cathedral and Pallant House Gallery. Chichester University and the college are also within easy reach, as is Chichester Cinema at New Park. The Chichester District Museum is just 200 yards away and all of the pubs, bars and restaurants are within walking distance.

Under new management since January 2009, many of the hotel?s rooms have been refurbished to a high standard. All of the en suite rooms have TVs, hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities.

What did you like the most?: "The staff were really nice, really helpful and gave us directions. The room had lots of space. The breakfast in the morning was nice. The location was really good, in the middle of the main part of town, close to the shops and places to get food."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The shower head was a little hard to use, it was either warm with slow flow, or fast flow but cold water."

What did you like the most?: "Our bedroom was enormous, with four-poster bed, original fireplace, settee, table & chairs - really beautiful. The cooked breakfast was first-class too."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "It's about 5 minutes walk from parking - difficult if you're disabled. The hotel is clean but shabby - there's a definite smell of damp and it all looks a bit run-down."
