Location is excellent, less than 10 minutes walk to Gloucester Road station and the Ferraris and Porches parked on the street is a testimony to the quality and safety of this area. Some guests have said the rooms are small but we had a family room with our grandchildren and there was plenty of room. Very quaint down to the bookings being in a diary and your details being entered into a ledger. I suspect everything is put on computer also and that the old fashioned reception just adds to the delightful quirkiness of this hotel."

Was great to be able to store luggage there (the left luggage area is unsecured, but they will hold valuables behind the desk for you)
We arrived about 45 minutes before check in officially started, but were still able to check in." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I can't imagine anyone actually pays "full price" for these rooms, but with the booking.com rate it was more than reasonable. The tea and coffee at breakfast were both quite weak. No kettle for hot water in the room."

- "Rooms were very small and congested. No phone in the rooms, lift doesn't work. They didn't even provide soap and shampoo after day 1. Not sure if all London hotels are like same. Probably will be good idea to stay little away from stay and take tube to get in the city."
