- "Hotel location iz excellent and gud value for money... Need a lot of
improvement on Customer Service espicially the reception/management side
and a bit mre variety on breakfast... The girls serving the breakfast
were gud n nice ...." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Need a lot of improvement on Customer Service on just not sit at reception n eat dry fruit n nuts in front of customers...As this is your first point of contact wid customers...."

- "The location was ideal for the purpose of our visit to Earls Court
Exhibition Centre. We asked for a room with 3 single beds and this
was provided." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I felt the standard of the room was poor: carpet badly stained, poor general maintenance, fridge not working properly, one of the cupboard door hinges was broken, quilt covers in poor condition. No tv remote. The breakfast was very basic. One making the booking we requested one breakfast be dairy free low fat, we were not informed that they could not cater for this until I phoned up to check the booking 2 days beforehand so had to take own soya milk and margarine."

- "It was rather warm in the room. The flight of stairs up to the fourth floor was difficult with heavy baggage."
