- What did you like the most?
- "Easy access to Tram station, Hannover Messe and Hbf. There is supermarket in walking distance. Front staff help us very well."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "No security box in the room, just drawer with lock only. Too simple room, something like training center interior not like hotel. During 3 nights stay,Towels are not changed without request. Compare room price and hotel quality in peak season is quite disappointed, better not stay in peak period."

Because of them, I managed to get back my rabbit (one week later). The rooms are clean and the rooms are very spacious. It was like a five star hotel. The breakfast was great - the best. The manager really looks after the staff. They are friendly. They will look after travelers. I highly recommend the hotel and the staff. I had a wonderful stay there and extended my stay because I was treated so well. It is close to the tram stop and to the supermarket. It is right in the center of the city but it is in a nice residential leafy street."

- "Nothing. The hotel was wonderful, the bed was so comfortable. They had free internet. Good TV with overseas programs like BBC and American shows. Everyone was helpful and it was well-managed."
