What did you like the most?: "Staff were friendly"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Facilities were poor for a 4star hitel. There was no outside seating despite very hot weather, rooms had no air conditioning. Heated Towel rail in bathroom was turned on however staff did not know how to turn it off-made for a very uncomfortable night despite a fan being supplied."

What did you like the most?: "Ambience, staff all great. Lovely surroundings the library in reception
was fascinating and the breakfast was good
Would like to return for a weekend leisure package and see more of the facilities, but feel that your leisure packages are a little expensive, any deals for seniors?"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Mattress. We were in room 108 and the beds although fair the mattress was hard and springs could be felt (even after a family wedding, so I am glad I had a drink! Think I may not have slept otherwise. Secondly although breakfast was good, not much bacon!!! Lastly did not see any nearer disabled parking?."

What did you like the most?: "We enjoyed the hotel as a wedding venue and the food provided for the
reception was excellent"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We thought the hotel overpriced, the shower left a lot to be desired and the breakfast which was not included so overpriced and paltry that we went elsewhere. We would have preferred to choose separate items such as a breakfast cereal or a piece of toast ,but this did not seem available. The reception staff were disinterested and not very helpful - it was certainly a do-it-yourself experience and a disappointing overnight stay"
